- On behalf of the Pine Street Inn (Paul Sullivan Housing Trust), Trinity redeveloped the former Bowditch School in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, MA into 45 units of supportive housing and 4,500 square feet of commercial space.
- Trinity leveraged the federal historic tax credit in combination with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Community Development Block Grant funds to preserve the historic Bowditch School building as an adaptive re-use project: a supportive housing development offering a mix of apartments and single room occupancy units, for formerly homeless individuals.
