Since joining Trinity in 2010, Dan has managed the $14-million redevelopment of 89 units of affordable housing in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. This project was financed with $4 million of 4% LIHTC equity, $1.1 million of federal historic tax credit equity, $7 million of tax-exempt bond financing, and additional state and local sources. Dan has also led development teams that devised the housing element of Transformation Plans for two different HUD Choice Neighborhood Initiatives in Newark, New Jersey and Providence, Rhode Island. Dan holds a BA in political science from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA from Boston University.
