Mr. Polishook has over forty years of experience in the construction industry and is the former
owner and President of CWC Builders, Inc. The CWC portfolio is comprised of building developments of large apartment building projects consisting of both new construction as well as both occupied renovations and Historic renovations of various building types. As head of CWC, Bruce oversaw all operational aspects of the company, including negotiation and bids for new work, owner/architect/contractor relations, subcontractor management, and field activities. CWC’s development projects involved community organizations, affirmative action and resident participation in the process, especially in the preconstruction phase where owners, architects and tenant participation were key in developing the appropriate scope, products
and schedule.
